Summer is hot and the air conditioning is on. For the love of God, please bring your sweater or jacket.

This November 2019, Colorado state becomes a member of the Japanese Kobe Club through Lombardi Brothers Meats, Denver, Colorado. Carlos Bistro will be the first restaurant in the state to offer it…enjoy.

Early Bird Dinner, Wednesday, Thursday and Friday night specials not available during the month of December.

Friday Night Special — Japanese Night — $50 off Japanese Kobe and Japanese Wagyu.

Thursday Night Special — 50% off burger, blend of Japanese Wagyu and USDA Prime meats.
